License Terms & Conditions:

Arixcel Accounts is not a free program. You can try it for free, but some of its functionality will be limited until you activate it. Activation is done on a per computer basis through our web based service.

Once activated, all the trial limitations of a particular copy of Arixcel Accounts are removed and you receive the right to use the program for unlimited period of time. You also receive free technical support.

Arixcel Accounts IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not clone, emulate, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the program, or any subset of the licensed program. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

However, you are free to distribute the installation package of the program (NOT the activated version) without written permission of Arixcel Ltd, provided that it is done free of charge and the origin of the program is not misrepresented.

Installing and using Arixcel Accounts signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Arixcel Accounts files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
